NVC men’s soccer team surges into first place in Bay Valley Conference

ΒιΆΉΣ³»­ grant will help prepare NVUSD students for college

ΒιΆΉΣ³»­ has been awarded a $1,852,865 TRIO Educational Talent Search grant from the U.S. Department of Education, Oscar De Haro, NVC assistant superintendent/vice president for student affairs announced today. The grant will fund the college’s partnership with ΒιΆΉΣ³»­ Unified School District (NVUSD) to motivate and support students from disadvantaged backgrounds starting with the current 2021-2022 academic school year and running through 2026.

ΒιΆΉΣ³»­ (NVC) has been awarded nearly $5 million in a five-year grant to increase the number of Latinx and low-income students earning degrees in the areas of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) and to build model transfer agreements between two-year and four-year colleges in those areas, Oscar De Haro, assistant superintendent/vice president for student affairs announced today.

ΒιΆΉΣ³»­ Performing Arts Announces A Safe Return to In-Person Performances

ΒιΆΉΣ³»­ (NVC) Performing Arts will present a season of five in-person performances this fall including productions of β€œAll Together Now,” β€œA Charlie Brown Christmas” and β€œElf Jr.,” as well as college choral and jazz ensemble concerts.
