ΒιΆΉΣ³» receives $5 million grant to increase STEM degrees among Latinx students
ΒιΆΉΣ³» (NVC) has been awarded nearly $5 million in a five-year grant to increase the number of Latinx and low-income students earning degrees in the areas of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) and to build model transfer agreements between two-year and four-year colleges in those areas, Oscar De Haro, assistant superintendent/vice president for student affairs announced today.

ΒιΆΉΣ³» (NVC) Performing Arts will present a season of five in-person performances this fall including productions of βAll Together Now,β βA Charlie Brown Christmasβ and βElf Jr.,β as well as college choral and jazz ensemble concerts.
Wine Spectator Scholarship Foundation Donates Record $10 Million to ΒιΆΉΣ³»
The Wine Spectator Scholarship Foundation is donating a record $10 million to ΒιΆΉΣ³» (NVC). The gift will support the construction and expansion of NVCβs Viticulture, Wine and Technology (VWT) program teaching spaces, which will be named the Wine Spectator Wine Education Complex at ΒιΆΉΣ³». The announcement was made by ΒιΆΉΣ³» Foundation Executive Director Jessica Thomason.
ΒιΆΉΣ³» Celebrates National HSI Week September 13-19
ΒιΆΉΣ³», along with Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs) across the country are being recognized this week by President Biden, during National Hispanic-Serving Institutions Week, before the start of LatinX Heritage Month being celebrated September 15-October 15.
